Lookbook Love: Pendleton x Opening Ceremony F/W ’10

The thing I hate most about the fashion system is that Fall lookbooks always debut in the summer and Spring lookbooks always debut in the Fall. So that means you can’t help but always get ahead of yourself– thinking about what you’re going to wear four months from now, when it’s hard enough just to figure out what you’re going to wear today. And especially on a day like today– hot as blazes– when I see the Pendleton x Opening Ceremony Fall collection, all I can think about is how much I want it to be cold again so I can snatch this stuff up.

Life’s not fair, but feast your eyes on this anyway.

Trend Alert: The Sideboob

I totally stole this after seeing it posted on Mr. Newton (who once shot a photo of me roaming the streets of Soho in a wolf shirt)– because in case you can’t tell, I haven’t posted in months and I’m slowly easing back into it by taking the easiest route possible.

Granted, this isn’t really a new trend at all. Girls in Williamsburg have been exposing their tiny titties in low-cut tanks every summer for as long as I can remember, but the chick Alexi who made this video just makes it seem a lot cooler now. Unfortunately for me– a sad truth I’ve struggled with my entire life– my boobs are way too big to rock this look. Because if I did it, it would just be called “indecent exposure.”
